How to match healthier with diet?

Our current diet is good day by day and bad, and some of them like fried foods very unhealthy. I want to know how to make the diet more healthy?

    According to a normal adult eating 2000 calories per day to calculate a healthy diet ratio: 4-5 servings per day for vegetables, 4-5 servings per day for fruits, 2-3 servings per day for low-fat dairy products, 6-8 servings per day for cereals, 2-3 servings of fish and poultry per day, 4-5 servings of nuts and beans per week.
