I meet a lot of things I like to eat every time. I heard that eating too much increases the risk of heart disease. Is it true?

Heart overload: The digestive system takes up too many resources, which makes the heart work hard. If you eat greasy, triglycerides adhere to the walls of blood vessels, blood cells and blood vessel functions decline, and the risk of heart disease increases.
