Seeing that black beans are sold in supermarkets, it is said that nutrition is similar to soybeans. Can black beans replace soybeans?

The skin composition of black beans is somewhat similar to that of black rice. The biggest difference between black beans and soybeans is that they are rich in anthocyanins. There are also about 36% protein, 16% fat, and 33.6% carbohydrates and vitamins. B1, B2, calcium, phosphorus and potassium content are relatively high, especially the potassium content is as high as 1377㎎/100g, and the important antioxidant selenium is also higher than soybeans, so black beans can completely replace soybeans.
