    Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat two servings of fruit plus three or more servings of vegetables every day. A fruit is equal to two small fruits (such as kiwi) or one medium-sized fruit (such as apple, orange) or half a large fruit (such as grapefruit). One serving of vegetables is equal to one bowl of raw vegetables or half a bowl of cooked vegetables. It is guaranteed to be multi-colored and dark vegetables account for more than half.
