    Good eating habits help maintain good health, drink plenty of water, eat more fruits and vegetables and soy products, can reduce water loss in the body. You can also eat some foods that moisturize your lungs, such as pears, lilies, jujubes, lotus seeds, and white fungus. Do not eat or eat spicy foods.
