Why children need nutrition

Male  0 years old 2018-06-22
My child has just been 3 months old, and these days I have been told to give my child calcium supplements. I think the child is too young. Now calcium supplements are a bit early. I want to know why children need nutrition for their growth?

The child's growth and development is a very large demand for nutrients in the process. Generally, the growth and development are rapid. The baby's weight can be doubled at birth at 2 to 3 months, and about 1 to 5 times at birth. From 1 to 2 years old, it grows about 10 centimeters, and it grows about 5 centimeters every year. The speed of human growth and development is wavy. The period of puberty is another peak of growth outside of infants and toddlers, and each stage affects each other. Obstacles to development at any stage will have an adverse effect on the latter stage, so any period of time requires high-quality and balanced nutrition as a backing to lay a solid foundation for development.
