I am a bit high in blood lipids recently. I heard people say that eating grape skin can lower blood lipids. Is this true?

Grape skin has a great effect. Grape skin contains more resveratrol than grape meat and seeds. It has the effects of lowering blood fat, anti-thrombosis, preventing arteriosclerosis, and strengthening immunity. In particular, the flavonoids in purple grape skin have the effect of lowering blood pressure. Grape skin is also rich in cellulose, pectin and iron.
