I'm really afraid of getting sick with high blood pressure again, so what should patients like me eat?

In fact, to be precise, people with high blood pressure are not allowed to eat anything. You can eat some cereals, potatoes and animal foods, soy products, vegetables, fruits and nuts, all of which are not harmful to the disease.
