Soy milk and pure milk which calcium supplement is good

I will go to the roadside for a cup of soy milk or pure milk in the morning. Which one of them is better for calcium?

    If you want to add calcium, it is best to drink pure milk, 100g of soy milk relative to pure milk calcium content of 10% not yet. The effect of drinking soy milk for calcium supplementation is not obvious, and soy milk contains lecithin, soy isoflavones and some B vitamins can still be added.
