I am going to have a baby. How do I eat it during the pregnancy preparation period? Is it nutritious enough to match?

For reasonable nutrition during pregnancy, you can consult a professional dietitian to assess the nutritional status of the current diet, and at the same time comprehensively consult the body weight for malnutrition and control the body mass index within a reasonable range. Routine supplementation of folic acid 0.4~0.8mg/d, or multi-vitamins containing folic acid, remember to supplement on time and amount. For mothers who have had children with neural tube defects (NTD), they need to add 4mg of folic acid every day. If they are not clear, they can consult a doctor.
