The calcium-rich foods such as milk and soy products have limited calcium content. For example, 100 ml of fresh milk contains 110 mg of calcium, 100 g of soybean contains 190 mg of calcium, and 800 ml of milk or 0.4 kg of soybeans are consumed every day. Only to meet the calcium needs of adults in one day. It can be seen that even high-calcium foods are difficult to meet human needs for calcium.
