I haven’t eaten meat since I found out that I have high blood fat, but my blood fat is still high. Why not eat meat and have high blood fat?

Fat is not only present in meat foods, but also contains high vegetable fats in seeds, peanuts, nuts, sesame, etc. After we eat it, the body will synthesize fat and not all of it comes from meat, so even if we don’t eat too much vegetable oil, we will have high blood fat.
