My children like to eat whole grains and don't like rice, but is it suitable for children to eat more whole grains?

Children's digestion and absorption capacity is relatively weak, eating too much coarse grains can cause indigestion. Coarse grains also affect the digestion and absorption of minerals such as calcium, iron, and zinc, which is detrimental to the growth and development of children. Infants under the age of 3 should eat less whole grains. If you want to add a little whole grains to your child’s diet, you should also "make whole grains finely," such as making porridge with very finely processed cornmeal. Don’t give your child more than twice a week, and no more than 25 grams each time. The best way to give children cereals is to mix the thickness, such as rice and millet mixed rice porridge.
