What is good for breakfast

I used to not eat in the morning. Now I want to make some time to have a good breakfast. What food should I eat?

    Breakfast is very important. A good breakfast should be "four out of two", with protein-rich milk, eggs, beans, starchy staple food, fruits and vegetables and a spoonful of nuts; do not grill or smoked products, fried food.
