My eating habits are not very good, so I have gained a lot of weight and often have stomachaches. What kind of diet is the healthiest?

    Eating habits are the prerequisite for maintaining health. Eat 1 and a half pounds of vegetables every day, but you must put a little oil, and often use simmering, a small amount of oil, steaming or cold salad. You can eat 1 catty of fruit, half a catty to 1 catty of milk or yogurt per day. You can eat one or two low-fat meats, plus one portion of tofu/fish/eggs cooked with less oil.
