The cholesterol we eat comes mainly from animal foods such as fatty meat, eggs, and offal. Of blood cholesterol, 1/4 is eaten, 3/4 is synthesized by the liver, and 15%-25% people are very sensitive to dietary cholesterol. High-risk groups, that is, people with diabetes should control cholesterol Ingest. It is recommended that sugar friends do not exceed 4 eggs per week, or one egg every two days, and do not discard the yolk.
