The onset of gastrointestinal ulcers. The protein contained in milk is a strong secretagogue, which has the effect of stimulating gastric acid, especially high concentration of calcium can promote gastrin secretion, further promote gastric acid secretion. Patients with gastrointestinal ulcers feel comfortable after drinking milk. Soon, the effect of milk on buffering gastric acid is offset by its obvious stimulation of gastric acid secretion, and pantothenic acid appears instead. Therefore, patients with gastrointestinal ulcers should suspend milk when they are seriously ill. When the condition is stable, drink milk must be controlled well, preferably within 250 ml per day.
