Can vitamin D deficiency improve fish consumption?

Male  32 years old 2018-06-20
I can't see the sunlight at the place where I work, so after a long time, my body lacks vitamin D. Can the lack of vitamin D eat fish to improve?

The vitamin D contained in fish is relatively rich. Regular eating can improve the lack of vitamin D. Cooking the fish at low temperature will cause the vitamin D to oxidize. But if the patient lacks vitamin D is more serious, it needs to be supplemented.
