Milk has high nutritional value, but for some patients, drinking it is not good for the body. Iron in food needs to be converted to ferrous iron in the digestive tract before it can be absorbed and utilized. If you drink milk, the ferrous iron in the body combines with the calcium and phosphorus salts of milk to form an insoluble compound, which affects the absorption and utilization of iron and is not conducive to the recovery of anemia patients.
