Can't you drink water overnight?

Male  28 years old 2018-06-20
I have to boil water with a hot water bottle every day. I don’t have time to wait for the water to get warmer in the morning, so I can only boil it in the morning, but a colleague said that I can’t drink water overnight, can’t I drink water overnight?

According to popular accounts, the reason why "overnight water can't be drunk" is that few chemicals such as zero alcohol, oxyphenol, hydroxyhydrogen, and caustic hydrogen are rare in overnight water. If you drink too much water at one time, it will cause you to have bloating, nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite. These substances are not only present in overnight water, but even fresh water contains them, and these substances are not enough to cause diarrhea. If the above symptoms appear, it may be that bacteria multiply contaminate the water quality and have an adverse effect on the body. It has nothing to do with overnight.
