I just found out that I have hyperlipidemia. I don’t know how to eat well for patients with hyperlipidemia.

The food for ordinary people should be like this: 1200 ml of water, 250-400 grams of cereals, 300-500 grams of vegetables, 200-400 grams of fruits, 50-75 grams of livestock and poultry meat, 50-100 grams of fish and shrimp, eggs Category 25-50 grams, fresh milk 300 grams or equivalent milk products, soybean 30-50 grams or equivalent soybean products, cooking oil 25-30 grams, salt 6 grams. Patients with hyperlipidemia should further reduce the intake of meat and cooking oil. Cereals should be based on coarse grains. Milk should be low-fat milk. Fish and shrimp should be used instead of livestock and poultry meat. The daily drinking water should be increased to 1500 ml or more.
