Healthy polyunsaturated fatty acids. How should I choose? Is there a certain percentage?

If you ask this question, you already know a lot about nutrition! Omega-6 and omega-3 are healthy polyunsaturated fatty acids. If they are used to replace saturated fatty acids, they are actually good for cardiovascular health and insulin sensitivity. However, when the ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 is too high, it increases the risk of insulin resistance and diabetes. But the optimal ratio between the two cannot be easily concluded.
