Female  28 years old 2018-06-20
I heard friends say that eating garlic can lower cholesterol, so I have added a little every time I cook recently. Is this really useful?

Garlic can kill germs in the body, and a mixture of sulfur compounds can lower cholesterol, dilute blood, inhibit atherosclerotic plaque formation, and prevent thrombosis. Eating 3 grams of garlic a day can significantly reduce cholesterol and triglycerides. There are more than 400 kinds of beneficial substances in garlic; if you want to reach the age of 90, you should use garlic as a basic part of daily food.
