    Dinner must be partial to vegetarian food, mainly foods rich in vitamins and carbohydrates. In particular, more fresh vegetables should be taken to minimize the intake of protein and fatty foods. Dinner must be well valued, but it does not require a large amount, nor should it be big fish and meat. There should be more than two kinds of vegetables at dinner, which can increase vitamins and provide fiber.
