I usually don’t eat a lot, especially the elderly at home don’t eat much meat. Can I live longer?

Foreign medical scientists have just done a small-scale population study and found that reducing food intake will have a series of effects on human metabolism. But it is far from reaching the conclusion that "reducing diet can lead to longevity." From an endocrine perspective, metabolism and aging are not necessarily related, and metabolic inhibition is not necessarily a good thing.
