Can eating oily fish food regulate my mood?

My child is now in adolescence. The overall mood is very unstable. Is it a food containing fish oil? Can I adjust my mood?

    Such foods can regulate emotions to a certain extent. Adolescents' emotional ups and downs and easy depression are manifestations of a lack of vitamin D in the body. Fatty fish such as salmon, sardines, and mackerel can help supplement vitamin D.
