Should gout patients be contraindicated with purine-containing vegetables?

Female  29 years old 2018-06-20
I got gout. During this time, uric acid was very high. The doctor recommended not to eat purine-containing foods, but some vegetables also have purines. I wonder if I can eat them?

Some high-purine foods can not be eaten by gout patients. Gout patients hardly need to worry about vegetables with purine content: light-colored leafy vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, cabbage, and baby dishes; potatoes, taro, sweet potatoes, radishes, carrots and other root vegetables; Tomato, eggplant, green pepper and other eggplant vegetables; winter melon, loofah, cucumber, pumpkin and other melon vegetables.
