When I steamed buns today, I accidentally put too much alkali. My friend asked me to put some vinegar in it. Can I do this?

Steamed buns are a kind of food containing alkali. If you put some vinegar, you can balance the acid and alkali. When steaming steamed buns and other pasta, if there is too much alkali, you can add a little vinegar to neutralize the acid and alkali and reduce the alkali in the pasta. In addition, vinegar has a bacteriostatic effect. It is not easy to get moldy when adding a little when making pasta.
