I don’t know what happened. Anyway, oral ulcers always appear. My friend said it might be related to my eating habits. What diet will cause oral ulcers?

Frequently eating spicy and irritating food, or food that is too hot, may cause mouth ulcers. Spicy and hot foods are very irritating to the oral mucosa and can easily damage them. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the human mouth and esophagus is mostly around 37°C; when eating hot pots and soup pots, the temperature of food is mostly between 60°C and 70°C. This temperature will not only promote the denaturation of oral mucosa proteins, cause blisters, ulcers and other oral diseases, but also may burn the esophageal mucosa.
