My mother often cooks millet porridge recently. I heard that eating millet can lower blood fat. Is it true?

Coarse grains such as oats, millet, corn, sorghum, etc. are helpful in lowering blood fat. It is recommended to use some coarse grains (above 80 grams) to replace milled rice noodles every day. Soybeans and their products can replace part of the meat, mung beans, red beans, lentils and other miscellaneous beans can be used as coarse grains, instead of part of refined grains.
