People who have cooked soy milk should have seen such a phenomenon, that is, there will be a lot of foam on the cooked soy milk, which indicates that the soy milk has been boiled. Did you know that these bubbles appear only when the soy milk is boiling? In fact, these bubbles are the saponins contained in the soy milk. Saponin can cause gastrointestinal discomfort if it is eaten directly, and it is prone to abdominal pain and nausea. Therefore, when we drink soy milk, we must boil it and then drink it. In this way, some of the above symptoms will not appear.
