Eating more whole grains is good for people with high blood fat. Coarse grains such as oats, millet, corn, and sorghum have higher fiber content than vegetables and fruits, and contain more soluble fiber and vitamin B1, which is more helpful for lowering blood fat and blood sugar. Large, so replace coarse rice noodles with some coarse grains every day. Generally require coarse grains above 80 grams per day.
