When you go to the supermarket to buy things, look at the ingredients list. There is an ingredient called hydrogenated oil. Is hydrogenated oil a trans fatty acid?

Trans fatty acids are very rare in natural foods, mainly from hydrogenated oils. This oil has good taste, can be shortened, has a long shelf life, high temperature resistance, and low cost. Its consumption is far ahead of ordinary soybean oil and peanut oil. Where the food label ingredients list is marked with "hydrogenated vegetable oil", "shortening oil" and "vegetable cream"...and without clearly indicating peanut oil, rapeseed oil, palm oil, etc., it is basically hydrogenated oil.
