Does the salty food contain less sodium?

Female  43 years old 2018-06-19
I have some high blood pressure now. The doctor told me to eat a low-sodium diet. If I don’t eat too salty food, will I take less sodium?

If you don’t eat too salty food, you don’t eat too much sodium, because some foods, such as cooked food, bread, sandwiches, cheese, canned juice, and other less salty foods may also contain a lot of sodium.
