It is good to eat deep-sea fish (such as salmon) after postpartum depression. Deep-sea fish are rich in fish oil and omega-3 fatty acids. The omega-3 fatty acids in marine fish have similar effects to commonly used antidepressants such as lithium carbonate, which can block nerve conduction pathways. Increasing the secretion of serotonin can partially relieve tension, and can obviously relieve depression symptoms, including anxiety, sleep problems, and depression.
