After a cold, my muscles are sore and uncomfortable. No medicine is used. My friend asked me to supplement vitamin C. Is there a way to prevent colds?

There is no shortage of any trace element in the human body. When vitamin C is lacking, the interstitial-gelatin between cells becomes less. In this way, the cell tissue becomes brittle and loses its ability to resist external forces, and the body is prone to scurvy; it also has more uses, such as preventing colds, stimulating hematopoiesis, and anti-cancer.
