Which of coarse and fine grains is better for your health?

Recently, I have seen that people around me have started eating coarse grains every day, but I think fine grains are more delicious. Which of them is better for your health?

    I suggest you eat more whole grains. Unrefined whole grains such as brown rice, oats, millet, red beans, and mung beans are rich in B vitamins and a variety of minerals. These nutrients are rarely found in refined white rice, white noodles, and steamed bread. The human body needs a large number of B-vitamin supply cells for proliferation, oxidation and reduction, especially vitamin B2 and vitamin B5.
