Vitamin B12 is an important element for the body to produce red blood cells. Too low vitamin B12 will cause the body's red blood cells to fall below normal levels. Generally, ordinary people (if they are not vegetarians or those who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery) will absorb enough B12 in their normal diet, but when the body's gastric acid secretion is insufficient or suppressed, the IF protein in the stomach will be reduced. If there is not enough IF protein Combined with B12 in the stomach, B12 cannot be effectively absorbed. The usual way is to inject vitamin B12, which is to inject B12 directly into the blood, so you don't have to worry about its absorption.
