Some people say that milk is a fattening food, and dare not drink too much. Is this the case?

Milk is not a fattening food, and the rich nutrients in milk are beyond the reach of a can of cola. The milk has a moisture content of about 87% 250 grams of full-fat milk contains only 150 kcal of energy, which is equivalent to a small bowl of rice. Compared with many foods, the energy of 250 grams of milk is very low. The energy contained in a cola can reach 140 kcal, which is almost equivalent to a bag of 250 g whole milk. An ordinary apple contains 110 kilocalories of energy, equivalent to 3/4 of milk, but it is called a diet food.
