    The nutritional value of fish is very high, and it also contains protein. If you don’t like to eat, you can’t supplement these nutrients. Eating too little fish may cause vitamin A and vitamin E deficiency. If you eat fish less than twice a week, you can eat fish oil while taking multivitamins.
