How to eat breakfast more healthy?

Due to the tight working hours in the morning, my breakfast is either solved on the road or I don’t eat. Now I always have a stomachache. I want to know how to eat breakfast is healthier?

    Breakfast must be eaten, but also good. Generally, a good breakfast should include cereals, milk, meat, soy products, fruits and vegetables. The speed of eating breakfast should not be too fast, if time permits, 20~30 minutes is appropriate.
