My grandpa loses calcium relatively quickly because of his age. How should calcium be supplemented for someone her age?

    Try to use diet to supplement calcium, you can eat more foods with high calcium content. Drink more milk, eat more dairy products and calcium-rich vegetables, such as broccoli, can supplement calcium and help maintain bone density.
