My mother has a broken bone. I want to stew some bone soup to add calcium to her. I don’t know if the calcium content in bone soup is high?

The calcium in the bone soup is not high. Sometimes, we will find that some bones that have been simmered for a long time become soft, mainly because the collagen in them is dissolved, not the calcium. In short, white chowder is rich in fat and flavor substances, but nutrients such as protein and calcium are not worth mentioning.
