    The nutritional value of the first-grade pressed oil is not as good as that of the third and fourth-grade pressed oil. This oil has a high degree of refining, and has the characteristics of tasteless, light color, less cooking fumes, low temperature and not easy to solidify. It has higher purity and less impurity content, and is generally suitable for cooking at higher temperatures, such as for frying, frying, and dry frying. However, during the refining process, many beneficial ingredients such as vitamin E and carotene are removed.
