You can't lose weight without carbohydrates. If the body lacks carbohydrate intake for a long time, the body will automatically decompose protein to supply glucose as an energy source. Protein is an important part of the body and also the existence of biological enzymes. The loss of protein may cause muscle loss and further decrease in metabolic levels. Not only is it not conducive to weight loss, it may even be harmful to health. Therefore, normal intake of carbohydrates, and strengthening exercise, so that glucose can fully participate in the process of fat metabolism, can effectively lose weight.
