The level of VitB1 in patients with diabetic nephropathy is significantly lower than that in the normal population, and as the progress of diabetic nephropathy gradually decreases, the level of VitB1 in urine of patients with diabetic nephropathy is higher. Some of the B vitamins may delay the progression of type 2 diabetes nephropathy.6
