To avoid excessive gastrointestinal filling caused by one-time fullness, raise the diaphragm and increase the burden on the heart, induce adverse effects such as arrhythmia or angina. Choose light, easy to digest and absorb foods, such as fish, egg whites, lean meat, minced vegetables, fruits, noodles, wontons, porridge, etc., should not be overheated or cold, keep the stool smooth, and not apply too much force when defecation.
