Female  32 years old 2018-06-16
I feel that the testicles are getting smaller and smaller. Going to the hospital and checking out the iron and manganese deficiency, what harm does the lack of zinc and manganese have to sperm?

Zinc deficiency in the body can lead to hypogonadism in men, the testicles become smaller, softer, and sperm production is reduced or stopped; if manganese deficiency will cause male sperm maturity disorder, resulting in reduced sperm; selenium deficiency will reduce the energy source required for sperm activity Decreased sperm motility.
