Recently, many people around me have got the flu. I am afraid that I will be infected. My mother told me to eat more garlic. Can garlic be antibacterial?

Garlic and onions have similar effects and can directly kill bacteria in the body. Winter is the season of influenza virus. Studies have shown that various chemical components contained in garlic (such as allicin) have antibacterial and antiviral effects.
