I am a Southerner, and the staple food is rice, but I heard others say that during the cooking of rice, the cellulose will be destroyed, how is it destroyed?

The cellulose content of some cereals is very high, but few people can fully supplement it. Coarse grains such as rice and wheat are rich in dietary fiber, B vitamins and minerals. During the finishing process, 70% of the vitamins and minerals are lost due to the loss of 70% of the vitamins and minerals due to the milling of grain embryos and skins. Losses are even greater.
